Farm to Table Wisco is a directory and connection platform enabling Wisconsin farms to list their products and buyers to discover them. Farm to Table Wisco is not a farm, does not sell or handle any food product, and does not participate in any transaction between a buyer and a farm.
Farms represent and warrant that they hold all licenses, permits, and registrations required for the products and sale methods listed, and that all listed products comply with applicable Wisconsin DATCP and federal (USDA/FDA) regulations. Farms are solely responsible for listing accuracy, food safety, and all transactions with buyers.
Wisconsin law permits only the incidental, non-advertised, on-farm sale of raw milk directly to a consumer. Farms listing raw milk ("Real Milk") products are solely responsible for ensuring their own sale practices comply with Wis. Stat. and DATCP regulations. Farm to Table Wisco does not verify compliance and assumes no liability for a farm's raw milk sale practices.
Farm to Table Wisco does not process payments, handle food products, or broker sales. Buyers connect directly with farms for pickup, delivery, or market purchase, entirely outside this platform.
Farm to Table Wisco is not liable for foodborne illness, product quality, farm practices, or any dispute arising from a transaction made through a connection on this platform.

Farm listing information is used solely to display your listing to buyers. We do not sell your information.

Practices and certifications shown on a farm's listing are self-reported. Farm to Table Wisco does not independently verify organic certification, licensing, or any other claim. Buyers are encouraged to ask farms directly about their practices before purchasing.
Raw (unpasteurized) milk carries a real risk of foodborne illness, which is elevated for children, pregnant people, older adults, and anyone immunocompromised. Wisconsin law restricts raw milk sale to incidental, on-farm, non-advertised transactions. Buyers should understand this before purchasing.
Sale of live animals is a private transaction between buyer and farm. Farm to Table Wisco has no role in health documentation, transport, or the sale itself.
